Thank you all - I appreciate the welcomes and the info!

Yes, sorry let me clarify. I meant one to manage the tenant since I won't be in the area any longer.

Hi BP Members!

I signed up over the summer and read the ABCs of Real Estate Investing and Rich Dad Poor Dad, but never really pulled the trigger on any properties. I came close on a property on Roof stock, but didn't win the bid. I have a problem pulling the trigger most of the time, so I am slowly warming up to RE investing.

I am currently in the process of renting out an apartment in Hoboken for a relative, so I'm going through the motions of finding tenants, showing the place, getting applications, evaluating applicants, and so forth. It has been interesting so far and I think I am enjoying the process and freedom it presents to drive your brand, your business, compared to a 9-5 job.

I look forward to finally pulling the trigger on my first property and to being a part of this community.

Thank you!

Hi BP!

I am looking for Property Management recommendations in Hoboken, NJ.

I have a 2bed/2 bath condo that is in the process of being rented out, but I need someone reputable, trustworthy, and a great communicator to manage it.

I have checked into a several based on a google search, but the reviews are deeply mixed and I can't tell fake ones from real ones.

I think getting recommendations from other investors with property in Hoboken is the best way to go.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
