I really want to attend these. Any chance you might schedule one for a Thursday night one month? Wednesdays don't work for me. Just thought I'd ask :)

@Daniel Johnson I’m so happy to see this! Unfortunately I’ll be out of town on the 22nd. Please keep me on the invite list!

@Rachel Santos I agree with @Joseph Firmin. It is definitely doable, but having some kind of connection to the market will make it easier. I finished a BRRR last year in the Atlanta area without ever physically seeing the property. Greene's book is a key resource for getting started. The best on-the-ground resource I found was a property manager recommended by another Bigger Pockets member. The PM was able to give me good advice about price/rent ratio, local title lawyer, and contractor contacts. Once you've identified a market (the south is probably going to be your best bet right now) and found a deal, I'd reach out to the forums for PM contacts.

@Brandon Allenczy that might be a good plan. Plus, I tend to forget that each month's principal payment is kind of like hidden cash flow that happens to be going into building my equity.@Brandon Allenczy
