Hello everyone, does anyone know great neighborhoods to invest into for multi unit properties in the state of Kansas. Thinking about investing out of state as well.

Hello, I am currently looking into vacation rentals in Big Bear California by the lake. Does anyone have some insight on owning a vacation rental in this area? Are the annual returns from renting it out worth the investment. I am currently looking at homes that are close by the lake and ski slopes. Any feedback will help. Thank you
