@Natelya G. I'm 5 min away but I'm a trucker and i would collect monthly for that reason...I would manage until I needed to hire someone.

@Jay Hinrichs sounds like it could be..do you have any possible scenarios where this is a good deal.

@Eric C. Being new I'm very cautious and that's why I came here for help.

@Natelya G. I believe so...what about room rental?

Saw what looked to be a great deal to perform several strategies I have seen on BP. I could house hack for a year or try to burrrrr the property.either way I just set up a visit to check it out and get more info. In being an investor how often are your eyes bigger then your pockets and you actually make the deal anyway...just curious

Would adding your name to someones mortgage to refinance for a lower rate and being added to the deed be considered an investing strategy

@Theresa Harris yes yes I totally understand...i have gravitated to the BRRRR strategy as the vehicle of choice to wealth and financial freedom

@Jay Hinrichs awesome thx...i think I heard about that.is it because of the terriff situation

@Theresa Harris thankyou and I would assume that whatever makes it a good deal is to one's own preference.

@Joe Villeneuve well said sir
