Hey BP! I've been reading on here awhile, but have not posted often. I find that by the time I am reading threads questions have already been thoroughly answered, which speaks volumes for the community. I have an 8-plex in King William in San Antonio and am in need of getting the exterior painted. I wanted to see if anyone has a painter they can recommend.

It's harder and harder to find anything worth it in San Antonio...the secret is out. That's my experience, but I'm interested to see what others think.
