Just as well...we decided to pass. Neighborhood was too sketchy. Thanks for responding. I definitely need to figure out why you can not see the reports.

Thoughts?

Quote from @Brian Howse:

Hopefully this helps!

Thank you Brian. These are strictly Homeowners policies, if I read correctly/? Typical Landlord Dwelling policies tend to be approximately 25% more, if my research is correct? I have called several Independent Agents locally and they all are requesting 4 Point Inspection reports (WInd Mitigation basically) and don't seem to get the point that I am analyzing "potential" investments. I think that I'll have to figure an average and move on from there. I appreciate your advice and the sharing of the data. - Bill

Hi all...without calling a broker for a quote on every property that I am trying to analyze, how can I arrive a fair average for the insurance?
Thank you in advance!

Florida would be helpful. Especially the panhandle (Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties). Thank you so much!

I am looking for buyers for deals in Northwest Florida.

Jami...please reach out if you have anything interesting in the panhandle. Main interest is SFR and 2-4 plexes for buy and hold. I live in the panhandle.

Thanks!
