Hey guys, as I've been starting to get interested in wholesaling real estate, I've realized the possible rules and regulations that wholesalers must abide by in each state. For those who reside in TX or know of the wholesale rules in TX, are there any specifics that I need to know about? How legal is it? Important wholesale info to know before starting in TX? etc.

I am just getting started in RE, I have never bought a property or invested any money into RE yet, but have an eagerness and drive to learn all I can about the topic and soak in new info to grow and start soon. Would a RE meetup be a good event to attend to learn new things, or am I not experienced enough to attend those?

If so, are there any in the Houston area coming up that anybody knows of?

Hi, I'm Will from Houston, TX. I am heavily interested in beginning my RE Investing journey as soon as possible, as I stumbled across BiggerPockets earlier this year. I would love to discuss some steps that an inexperienced investor like me could take to start out, along with some possible investors that would like to meet up and discuss ideas in the Houston area. I am extremely eager to learn and get excellent advice from someone who has great expertise in real estate!
