Hey this is Will. I got licensed in North and South Carolina in late December 2018. I joined Keller Williams but never practiced as I was a college student and working a fulltime job. I just graduated college a few weeks ago and now looking for an investor friendly local firm to join. I am located right outside of Charlotte. If anyone knows anyone or has any recommendations please let me know! Thank you in advance!

Hello! I am trying to do my first flip in Charlotte, NC ( or surrounding areas) or Sumter, SC. I work for Keller Williams Union County and am licensed to buy and sell real estate in NC and SC.  I am 22 and graduate college in the spring. I want any and all advice on how to get started in investing. As a college student (working full time and paying bills) I do not have much savings or "flexible" income. However, I am very responsible and hardworking. I will listen and adhere to any postive advice anyone has to offer to me on this journey.
