Matthew Anderson counsel, I purchased this legal package and part of it is free counsel with a real estate attorney. I figure I might as well take advantage that benefit and schedule a call.

@Dionte Bryant Welcome to BP, I recently moved to DFW because of all the opportunity that this area has to offer. I joined the local REIA and they talk about how the population is expected to maybe triple over the next 30 years. Right now we are sitting at about 7.5 - 8 million people. I know you notice all the construction and land development going on, major corporations coming in. I believe that is is the right time to buy up as much as you can, for the most part they all seem like good areas. I'll be going to the meetup that @Steven C. Suarez has, hope to see you there and together, we can do some great things!

I am about to schedule a appointment with my real estate attorney, its by phone and he is in another state, but should be familiar with the laws here in Texas. What questions should I ask when dealing with a real estate attorney?

@William BrownYea I thought that, seems like it would be more beneficial to be coached by a coach who has or is investing in real estate.

William Brown thank you is all I can say, perfect timing! I just had a important call tonight and I have been contemplating if having a business coach is worth the investment roi. I am now going to sign up with a coach, because true, every successful person seems to have a coach/mentor!

@Carrie Cavins Interesting, I didn't consider the growth rate and hospitals. I'll have to look into that, have you considered Austin?
