I am a newbie, looking to build a real estate business in Omaha, Nebraska.  I've built other small companies in the past, and I'm very aware that having an accountant with RE knowledge is critical so I am looking for recommendations that anyone might have for accountants in Omaha, Nebraska.  I'll be doing flips as well as holding SF and MF properties as rentals.  Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

I am just getting started and have established an LLC in Nebraska which is set up to be taxed as an S-corp. Does a "Series" LLC need to be established that way from the start? Or is this something that can be done with an existing LLC? I do expect to have multiple properties and multiple partners down the road. It seems that a Series LLC is the way to go.
