Hello,

I am just starting out. Working on my first rental property. Have to make some repairs. I am also interested in purchasing another property that is ready to go with minimal repairs needed to start getting some passive rental income. Going to start out by buying and holding for now. I have my area chosen. May branch out much-much later. My objective is to get enough passive income to eventually focus on investing and building myself as a business as my job/career instead of working for other people or companies. I already have an LLC but have not yet purchased any insurance and am interested in anyone's recommendations for such. Any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated. I do not have any occupants as of yet. People are certainly interested and the way I know is when they walk up to me when I am cutting the grass. LOL. Just planning and looking for wisdom. Taking it nice and slow and trying to not make mistakes that cost time and money.

Thank You for the Input in Advance,
