So I’ve found a couple properties that I believe would be great investment opportunities for me to wholesale. I just don’t know how to go about contacting the owner of said properties. What do you do to find their phone number to call/text or address to send mailers?

I live in Murfreesboro but I didn’t think it’d be as good as an area as Nashville but I also didn’t know Nash would be so difficult
