My wife, daughter, dog and I are looking for a new place to live in the south shore Massachusetts area.  We have pretty good income but even with that homes have become  down right unaffordable.  We would move out of state but our daughter is 15 and wouldn't uproot her at this point.  We rent our current residence but we are in our 40s with no retirement and no home that we own and just cant seem to get ahead these days!  With the way prices are it would seem that we would need somewhere around 150K just as a downpayment to get a payment that we could afford and that type of downpayment is unfeasible.  I was considering the idea of a seller financed or rent to own situation and was wondering if anyone knew where I would look for one of those properties or where I could find someone that could help me.  Just looking for somewhere nice and safe to live with me and my family, Pembroke would be ideal. So any help would be greatly appreciated!  All the best - Will
