Hi I would like to invest in the East and North side I have been looking into properties off Covert Ave. I moved to this area a couple years ago from Maine so I'm still getting familiar with area. I have heard some good things about the credit unions in the area when it comes to financing.

Hi I'm planning on investing in Evansville Indiana I will probably start off with a house hack a small multi unit place. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as far as banks, realtors or any other suggestions since this will be my first property.

Hi I'm a newbie and I was wondering if anyone had any problems with FHA 203k loans at small banks or credit unions. Or have you find out they have similar loans where you can have renovation and purchase combined into one loan. Greatly appreciate any advice

Hi I'm looking to get into real estate investing in Evansville, In this will be my first home purchase I'm looking to do a house hack I will probably use a FHA loan for financing. For my first property I would ideally not like to have to deal with a lot of rehab work I have heard people mention the FHA 203k loan for renovations. I was wondering if anyone had any issues with the 203k for small renovation projects or have you asked the smaller banks if they some type of financing available to help with small renovation projects. Thank You for any advice or tips for some looking to get started.

Hi I'm originally Bangor, Me an hour from Acadia National Park for short term rentals I would suggest Ellsworth area and outside of Bar Harbor. I have heard of people doing short term rentals in different areas because of the different things to attract people whether it's the Northern part of the state that has hunting and fishing, Freeport has outlet shopping and close to Portland the biggest city, and Bar Harbor is the Biggest tourist destination. I know prices have increased dramatically especially in the coastal areas of the state so you may want to look for a city outside of the tourist area.
