Does anyone have a CPA in Raleigh they would recommend?

Jiri, I have done a lot of research since my last post and talked to multiple lenders. I have quotes and a strong idea of what my payments would be. Can you elaborate on your last sentence?
I will be purchasing a small multi family home in Raleigh, NC this summer. I would like to househack and have been analyzing deals on realtor.com for the past few months. I have established my price range and would like to find an agent that currently owns real estate investments.

I will be purchasing a duplex in 2020 to househack and have started to research different loan options. The most common loan I have come across is the FHA loan at 3.5%. What is the benefit for using an FHA loan compared to a conventional if I have credit score of 800? I only want to put down 3.5%
