Quote from @Milton Vidrine:

Hi, Anthony, yes, I have had a lot of trouble with DM returning incorrect data - wrong owner or owner not found, wrong or no mailing address, very few sale dates, and now when I filter on lead status, it does not return all leads with that status. I have resorted to downloading ALL my leads to a spreadsheet for tracking. At least, until I can find another app. I am currently evaluating Batch Driven, and I will evaluate others in the near future.

can I find absentee owners and water cut off lists etc.. on PropStream? Also, what skip tracing service are you using to find owners number. I’ve tried tru people search when I was D4D last week, and didn’t find a valid number out of the 20 houses I found

Absolutely, I appreciate the response to. You know I got back from the military I was looking into lonnies course back in like ‘05 but ended up getting into a wheel repair Bizz. That’s crazy is his course still updated with today’s ways of doing wholesaling? I would imagine a lot has changed in the last 15-20 years with rules and regs and such.

Has anyone used chemene van gundy’s wholesaling course? Was looking into it but haven’t really heard any reviews except a couple YouTube videos.

Oh my that's a lot of helpful info. Haven't even heard any of the gurus online talking about that. Where are you going to find the cash buyers by zip code before going to propstream? MLS? Thank you again for the help

Been looking at getting into wholesaling for a while, but kept grinding it in the general brokerage side of real estate. I'm so over it though, I love the freedom and the hustle in finding wholesale deals, plus where I live in everyone and there mother is a Broker/agent. I've been around this beach off and on since ‘89 and I've been around real estate for the better part of 20 so I have some connections, but everyone seems to look down a bit when I bring up wholesaling. I have a lot of questions on the subject, but to get started building a buyers list other than local REI meetups, what are some more suggestions? Oh and what about one of the best accurate skip tracing apps? Thank you everyone in advance.

Does anyone know here what the law is with number of mobile homes one can sale in a 12 month span? I just found out that Texas could only do 1 a year under Texas mobile home law.

Post: I did it. I have 4 units, I quit my job, and I got licensed

Congrats man.. always nice to take the leap.. I did the same a few years ago out here in the Myrtle Beach area and still working towards that first investment property, but for now still trying to find those great deals for investors around here. Best of luck to you and thank you for your service btw!
