Will a standard home inspection work for BRRRR, or would a more intensive/thorough home inspection be necessary? If the home is distressed, I would assume that much of the interior finish is in poor condition anway (not to say the interior finish does not matter). Shouldn't the inspection be more focused on foundation, roof integrity, dry rot, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.?

@Logan Laperriere Hey there, Logan. I have been heavily researching BRRRR recently. Seems to be a solid method of investing (assuming it is done correctly, that is). I'm also interested in traditional buy and holds if a good opportunity comes up.
