Thank you Kobe, I actually interviewed with them and I think having an office to go to sometimes is important to me.  Their virtual world is really cool though! 

I am a new agent (this is my husbands account), and I'm curious how you guys chose your broker? Each one I speak with makes their firm sound like the best of course. I am looking for a firm that has a good training program where someone can show me the ropes and the 'what to do' and 'what not to do'.
