I am thinking of paying cash on the house then getting a home inprovment loan to fix it and rent it out as the home inprovment loans are at a lower intrest rate. any advice ?

I will take the green and turn it into more green reinvesting thru real real estate. If in seven years I could make 1 million from the @BrandonTurner 7years to 7 figure wealth method. Just think of a million dollar head start.

Hi Marcus,

I agree learning is the most improtant thing you can do for now. Find your nitch that fits your life. I go watch the podcasts on youtube and Itunes, also there are some great blog posts to read here.

Learn your market in your playground so you know if you have a great deal or not what the rents are in differnt areas and its free to look at creigslist and zillow or realtor.com

Welcome @MindyJensen We are excited for the input and depth you to the B.P. family.

Thank you all for the input.I will offer the appliances stove and refrigerator.I guess the hassle factor is what I was trying to avoid thinking to rent without any but paying the bills and not getting the house rented as quickly is the bigger goal here

I am trying to rent my first property should I get a new or used stove and refrigerator or leave no appliances, what about a dish washer, garage door opener, or garbage disposal.
