Yes I understand that possibility, that's why I try to build relationships with the builders that I work with so they know that I'm trying to get them a good deal and I know that I can trust them with any potential contracts. I rarely work with random people and I try and negotiate deals to where both parties are benefiting. If you're working with a builder who would "snake" your deal, you probably shouldn't be working with them and if that happened to me, I wouldn't ever work with them again in the future.

When deciding to potentially acquire a piece of land that a wholesaler has under contract, what information do you need about the land or parcel? What makes your interaction with wholesalers go smoothly? What do you with more wholesalers did or didn't do?

Land wholesaler here looking to connect with builders and developers in Atlanta, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and possibly other states as well.

Hi

I'm interested in investing in land to start a townhome development and have some questions. How many units are generally in a townhome development? How much land is needed? What should I look for in terms of land? Any information about land in reference to developing townhomes would be helpful Thanks
