Besides the MLS, what are good sources to find small multi family apartments in Alabama and the Florida panhandle?

Nearing the end of my Bachelors degree in Project Management. My goals are to continue to invest in real estate while being able to utilize my Project Management knowledge. I am looking for advice/opinions on where/how I should try to find avenues to help me continue to learn and use my PM degree to continue to buy and flip homes. I still need to maintain a full time position, in addition to flipping and investing in homes. It is a goal of mine as well to eventually be able to make flipping/investing my full time career. Any advice is appreciated.

I am looking to intern for free in a project management position, in South Alabama or the Florida panhandle areas. In 8 months, I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. I do hold an Associates degree in Industrial Electronics. I have experience in construction field. My current job is in the oil field. I work a rotation of 3/3 (three weeks on and 3 weeks off). I would be willing to work for free during my 3 weeks off with the prospect of working part time to full time.

Hi, bigger pockets family! My name is William, and I am from Andalusia, Alabama. I am looking for a hard money lender in Alabama that will lend long term. Also maybe another mentor or someone to network within my area. I currently have a mentor that uses private money and is willing to help fund deals. With that being said, as time goes on, I am sure there will be some personal deals I would like to fund. He has been into commercial deals which I have enjoyed. We are also getting more into residential since I have construction experience. I want to get into large apartments and condos in the future. I currently work offshore, and I work three weeks on and three weeks off. I have a degree in industrial electronics and am a few months away from completing my bachelor's degree in project management. I also can do most any construction work. I would appreciate the advice.
