Hello all! 

I'm just getting started in REI, trying to take in as much info as I can. I moved to Ann Arundel county in MD last year where I bought a townhome that I plan to turn in to a rental within the next year or so. Also very interested in getting a few small multi-family units under my belt

Hello everyone! Long time reader, but first time poster here. I'm trying to get my real estate empire (plan to buy and hold) started and I'm looking for recommended real estate attorneys. I currently live in Maryland, but plan to invest out of state. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
