I agree Peter, I have a very small portfolio, so it can work for me. Big scale portfolios would need something more organized. I live in Tampa where the prices are outrageous, and scaling is for the very brave.  

My experience is the tenant has to have a bank account.  I may be wrong. I like that I can reject payment. Venmo doesn't allow that. No fees. 

What are you guys thoughts on accepting rent using Apple Cash?  From what I can see there's no fees. You can reject a payment if its not the correct amount.  The limits are high in comparison to Zelle, for instance. I have been using Venmo.
