A quick break down for you monthly 

Mortgage $300, taxes $150, insurance $50, maintenance $125(things will break in a 100yr old home), cap expense $ 50...your looking at $325 cashflow. Now you can decide if this is a winner for you. Keep in mind you need about $2000 in reserve for emergency, like furnace going bad.

Doesn't sound like much room for cash flow after taxes and insurance. Remember your in this to make money, I'm not one of those guys happy to brake even.

I'm just getting home from our April meet up and I think this one maybe was the best one so far. A lot of new faces tonight and plenty of discussions. It's fun to listen to situations and hear how people handle them. Tonight was that kind of night, plenty of laughs and educational as well.
