I'm currently using Propwire.com to search and find information on various properties. Once I get in contact with property owners, I have no way in Propwire to actually make notes on what was discussed, callback time, etc. 

What are some simple CRMs that are recommended to stay organized when coming in contact with leads?

 @Tony Pellettieri I actually attended my first RE meetup in Charlotte, last week at Hawthorne's Pizza! It was great to meet seasoned & new investors that were open to sharing knowledge! I'll be making my way out to Jonathan's sometime soon as well, so hope to meet and connect with you there.

Outside of reading articles and blogs on Wholesaling, I also enjoy listening to podcasts. The only podcasts, outside of BiggerPockets, that I've recently started listening to are:

What other podcasts, training programs (if any), should I check out that gives helpful and clear insights on Wholesaling?

So yes, how to find leads, what CRM you may like better than others, how to find buyers, etc. Also, what resources/training, would you recommend I look into to get a more detailed, in-depth of how to estimate repairs, ARV, max allowable offer, etc?
