Does anyone work with / has worked with Anderson Advisors for their real estate business? They seem very knowledgeable but wondering if they really are that good, and if their prices are worth it.

I am using them to set up a Land Trust and Wyoming LLC for a PF cabin.

Awesome - thank you for all this really great info. I love the Savannah area / scene a lot for vacations, its unfortunate it's as regulated as it is.

Do you know of any other areas to look, that are similar to Savannah type, in other states?

You can use a 10% down vacation home loan, but you can only have one vacation home in the same area.

I like this area due to all the newly renovated homes at reasonable prices, from what I've seen thus far. Curious, are there certain areas better than others for STRs? I realize downtown Savannah is probably one of the best, if not the best area, but also more expensive. What areas outside of downtown are popular with STRs?

Hi everyone-

Wondering if anyone has any insights into the Savannah GA real estate / rental market. Trying to get some basic knowledge in my research before moving ahead with any possible deals.

There seem to be a lot of flips / reno properties, but there are just so many STR listings. Is this market to saturated?
