Looking for feedback from investors in Senior Living Fund in Olathe KS

Nicholas, Thanks for your response.  Here are some more details. I would be a limited partner, income would be approx. 10% per year for 4 years, 5 year hold, 100% gain on exit, and 75% leverage.

I am looking at a syndication deal that is leveraged and value add.  My question:  WHat is the most tax efficient to own this in.  SDIRA, RothSDIRA, or personal name.
