Not 100% sure which way to go just yet, looking for more info; most likely in Canada though

Did you encounter any issues bringing the money back? In terms of reporting income, I'm guessing you have a good accountant or such?

I'm basically just getting started, so not sure what's the best course of action yet. Maybe I should stick with rentals

I searched the forums and didn't come across any specific legitimate information on how to become a hard money lender in Canada.

If anyone could point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
