Hi Everyone,

My fiancée are looking to buy our first home in the next 6-9 months in Atlanta/surrounding area. While this is our first home, we also want it to be a 'live-in BRRRR' of sorts (i.e. put in some sweat-equity while living there a few years, then refinance/rent out later).
