Hello David, I am currently with Tri-core Realty, i would NOT use them as i am currently looking for new management. 

There is also Wilkins and Co (No relation). i have used them in the past (6 yrs ago) for property management i also purchased my first investment property with Wilkins and Co. I am told they have a new property management team, i am thinking if i get no further leads i might return to them for management. If you need more details send me a PM.
