@Ronan Donnelly I’ve been doing fix and flips for the past six years but only averaging 1-2 per year. I want to scale to achieve complete financial freedom.

So I’m trying to wholesale my first deal. How does everyone go about showing the property to potential investors (buyers) that you’re trying to assign a contract to? Advice for vacant and non vacant house would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
