My brother and I are looking to co-sign on a loan to purchase a residential lot with plans to build a spec in the near future. Curious about what type of loan would be best for this situation. Any advice is appreciated!

Quote from @Ryan Pounds:
@Aleks GiffordI I actually just turned 17, but Its stIll one step closer to 18 lol. So far I am doing pretty well right now. I am currently saving up money from profits that I make on stock trading returns to put towards my first rental property. I have moved from Illinois to Arizona and now currenysearxhing good areas to purchase in. I will continue to update you once I hit the ripe age of 18 and get my license 👍🏽

Any updates bro?

I’m 17 years old and about to start my real estate course so I can get licensed once I turn 18. Summer break before my senior year is about to begin and I really want to get some real world experience by being an assistant or shadowing at a brokerage over the summer. How would y’all recommend I go about doing that?

I’m 17 years old and about to start the course to get my real estate license. I was wondering if brokerages typically allow young/unlicensed potential realtors to come in, shadow, and learn before being officially licensed?

@Saj Shah I only said until 19 because I thought it might be a better age. But after all of the positive replies saying to do it now, I definitely don’t want to wait! Thank you for replying! I truly appreciate it.
