Thanks for the info.
I honestly don't know my next move as far as how I will purchase the next one.
I am more interested in learning the auction system right now. I have been getting lucky as far as buying off the mls. Not perfect deals, but been averaging about 20-30% below comps. With minor fixes.
I just want too Lear the auctions too know if there is better options. I am a very small minow in a big pond of big fish, with only about 150 days a year to focus on real estate, so I'm trying to soak it up!

Thanks again!

Thanks again all.

James,
I currently have a few offers in awaiting responses.
In all honesty, I'd like to add 2 mor over the next 12 month. Problem is I will be out of country for 6. So if I can get one now, I am gonna try one when I get home as well... We shall see.

"How do you eat and elephant? One bite at a time."
- Really like this one when things are stacking up...

" You can create just about anything. Except motivation, and without that, you'll create nothing".
- Helps me a lot when i'm feeling lazy. Encourages me to read, listen or just be productive in general...

"There's good decisions, and theres bad decisions. The only thing worse than a bad decision is no decision. So do something!
- True on many levels. Indecisiveness kills.

This one is a bit personal, but its one of my favorites.

"Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you; Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. One died for your soul; the other for your freedom."
- It may cross some "PC" lines, but I feel it speaks volumes.

None of these do I know the author for.....

Did some snooping, LOTS of info on LLC and Umbrella policies.....
Honestly still cant pick which one is the better (no one seems to agree), but recently was suggested to try a trust....
The lady mention her parents did this as a protection to their assets to pass onto her. I speak with minimal knowledge towards trusts.

Will they protect in todays get rich quick society?

Thoughts...

Thanks,

Here is the page I came across.
http://www.fairplay.com/realty/search

They have a "meeting" type deal tomorrow night I plan to attend to sniff around. Even if I walk or run away choosing to not use their resources, I may still learn a thing or two... Or not;)
I am super cautious towards most things, but bridge loans and such seem to raise a few more hairs than normal...

Let me know what ya'll think.
