I've been investing and flipping homes in Florida for 10 years.  I've expanded into the Mobile, Al market, and I've gotten my first property under contract.  I need a good referral for a good investor friendly title company.  Please reach out if you have one.

Thanks,

Clark

Post: Is it unethical to say "I Buy Houses" if You are a wholesaler?

If I sit down w/ a seller, look them eye to eye & say I will bring you "x" amount of dollars at the closing table then does it really matters whose money it is?  The larger issue that everyone is missing is the shady wholesalers that can't close on a deal and walk after 30 days because they can't find an end buyer.  That's deception.  My intention is to wholesale a deal, but if I can't find a buyer then I will go find hard money and close the deal just as I promised the seller.  That's the much larger issue.

I started buying rentals post college as passive income.  I started looking into the Homevestors franchise and now own two 8 months into the business (Tampa & Pensacola).  I've started off focusing on wholesaling to build funds quicker with lower risk.  I'm just looking to meet like minded individuals that want to swing for the fences!
