Hey BP what's going on.What are investors,rehabbers, and contractors looking for in a wholesaler.Basically I'm trying to find out what qualities or actions would make me an excellent wholesaler. One that would make investors want my deals and sellers tell friends and family about me. Thanks any help or assistance will greatly be appreciated.....

BiggerPockets , I'm looking forward to get started wholesaling and was wondering if anyone has some advice for me. I'm located in the south jersey area and want to bring good wholesale deals to the table while building great relationship with investors based upon excellent service and business.
