Hi all! First, let me just say thank you to all of the kind folks here who have taken the time to share their expertise and amazing wealth of knowledge. Real estate runs in my family. My grandfather has built a name for himself in my hometown of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; however, he only passed his skill set down to the men of my family. That said, I'm really on my own in learning the ends and outs and trying to figure out my niche. I have saved roughly 130k and I have a 750 credit score. I currently live in Atlanta and I'm thinking I'd like to start with a small multi family rental in which I would house hack until my fiancé finishes graduate school. The only downside is that I have had a really hard time finding good deals in Atlanta due to saturation. Does anyone have any insight into the Atlanta market and what could be done for about 75-100k cash (preferably all in)? If needed I could also do hard money or traditional lending. Fiancé and I also have decent jobs with ok income. Thoughts?

Hi all! I am a relatively young investor looking to find my first propety for a fix and flip project. I am learning how to do mailers, but I am looking for an experienced wholesaler in or around Atlanta to do business with. If you are a wholesaler or have worked with a quality wholesaler in the past I would be extremely grateful for your help. Please feel free to message me below or send me a PM. Thanks!

Hi all! I am a first time investor looking to work with a good wholesaler to find my first property. I am also interested in partnering with a good investor friendly real estate agent to double check comps and to list houses as necessary.

I am open to single family or multi family homes. May consider house hacking for the right place! HELP ME!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I truly appreciate it. :)

Hi everyone! My name is Whitney and I am new to real estate investing. I would be extremely grateful for any information anyone might be able to pass along and for the opportunity to attend any networking events. :)

Hi guys!

My name is Whitney Payton and I am completely new to the wonderful world of investing. I am 28 years old and I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been here for about 10 years, but I am originally from Arkansas. I work as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Professor and I recently just finished up my Doctoral studies. I am looking to learn about real estate investing and networking with investors in my area. I am specifically interested in learning to flip homes and how to acquire rental property. I am pretty sound financially, but I know that I could be doing more to see my money grow for the future.

I look forward to learning from you all and for this new chapter of life! :)
