I'm a Navy Vet living in South Texas. I've always been interested in real estate but due to a divorce in 2007 and losing my job in 2009, my goal of getting into real estate investment was set back. I lost my home, car and had a few credit card chargeoffs in 2010. I was unemployed for a year and a half until I finally found work. After a year with Spohn Health im back working for the Navy as a civilian and more financially stable, around 68k+. I'm renting but would love to get back on track to owning my own home as well as my goal of being a real estate investor. Currently, my mid credit score is 550 and I'm well aware that it needs to increase. After reading the posts on this site I think BP will lead me in the right direction and help me achieve my goals.
