Post: Homepath House Flip

Im trying to purchase a homepath house in my area and do a flip on it and sell it.  I've heard stipulations about due to the fact that is a homepath property, they require that you move in within 60 days and live in the residence for a year before you can sell it. Which in better word they make you claim the property as your homestead. Has anyone heard this? If so is there a way around this?
