Post: Best Corpus Christi Areas to do Fix & Flips

Hi BP Community,

I'm looking to expand my geographic area for flipping homes. Currently operating in the Austin market, but have been growing more interested in the Corpus Christi market as of late.

Was curious if anyone on BP has any suggestions on what parts of CC are best for short term (1-3 month) flips. No restrictions on acquisition and/or rehab costs. Just looking for input/suggestions on what areas have the most resale interest from buyers (i.e. where are buyers looking right now).

I've got a realtor there in Corpus, but I'd like some additional input, as I feel investors are often more in tune on where people are/will soon be buying in.

Thanks in advance!

Hi All - I'm currently seeking to acquire a flip in the greater Austin area. I run my own comps and do my own deal analysis (including rehab budget)...just looking for a good deal from anyone who has a wholesale property/off market/pocket listing. Ready to pull the trigger on one asap and can close in 10 days or less.

Max acquisition is approximately $300k. No Zip Code preference. Don't be shy to send anything you have over to me via private message.

Thanks in advance,

Wade

Hi All,

My company is looking to acquire a SFR property within the next two weeks to flip in the greater Austin area, and we are looking to secure a private money loan for acquisition and rehab costs. Looking to find better rates/points than what the current hard money lenders are charging.

If you, or someone you know, has any interest in lending private funds, please shoot me a DM or reply to this thread. I'd love to set up a meeting to further discuss.

Max Acquisition Cost = $250k

Max Borrower Contribution = $60k

Rehab Cost = TBD (Lean towards mostly cosmetic projects)

If you need any additional information to gauge your interest, please don't hesitate contacting me.

All the best,

Wade

Hi All,

My company is currently looking to acquire a Single Family property in the Greater Austin area (including any of the surrounding cities...i.e. Cedar Park, Hutto, San Marcos, etc.).

Max acquisition price is roughly $300k. Can close in 7-10 days.

Wholesale properties are welcomed. Prefer off-market properties/pocket listings, but if any realtors have listings that their client's are looking to offload quickly for a fair price, I'm open to considering those as well.

I'm keeping an open mind on location, size, condition, etc.., so if you have a deal, send it over!

If you have any questions for me, feel free to reply to this post or shoot me a direct message here on BP.

Thanks in advance!

Hey James - It depends on what sort of financial/retirement goals you have, but if you're interested in doing a Self-Directed IRA like a lot of real estate investors, Ryan Schneider with Self-Directed IRA Services, Inc is great. They are here in Austin and Ryan is very knowledgable in real estate amongst other areas.
