I am visiting Panama CIty Beach this coming week looking properties and learning the market. My goal is to buy property where we can do rehab / value add. If your in this market can you share any recommendations or tips of what you did to be successful in this market.

@Julia Maddox - How is the STR in Seneca lake area going? I just went under contract and looking forward to going live.

If you have any good tips you learned about the area and/or referrals i am open to learn. I am looking for GC, cleaners, and handymen. Not easy to find in this area. 

Great post and responses. I am just like others here and looking for to enter Three Rivers STR market. Can any of you share realtors in that area that work with investors? There are no agents in Agent finder for Three Rivers. Thanks for your help.
