I dont wholesale but what if your end buyer drops out...as in AZ the buyer has virtually limitless ways out up to the klast minutes of the deal. Is the wholesaler stuck with the property. thx

I had a vehicle wrapped entirely (mazda 3 sedan). It was not for REI but it did generate lots of talk in our community. It is a bit of a negative if it doubles as your personal vehicle. The wrap cost about $3000 CAD

Eddie,

I saw your post with the rental from Ohio...you mentioned Alabama some similar properties. I would be interested if the rental pricing is similar. I think his details were 21k and 600per m rental. I have been investing in AZ but 21k will not return 600...so I have been rehabbing larger size homes with some success.

It really is sad that so many people were living above their means in so many ways...now it has all fallen apart and so many of them take no responsibility for their actions. Even once the economy recovers in the US...there will still be generations that have been completely crippled by this mess both financially and emotionally.

Can anyone provide an update on what they have heard about the existing tax credit. Is it being extended and if not how do you think this will affect the housing market after Dec 2009.

I would be interested in properties as well..no financing necessary. Similar criteria for me except nothing below 40k price range pls.
