@Caleb Brown Yes that is what I meant, sorry for the confusion.   Thank you for the input, that is where I was leaning too.

So I am about to get my license and embark on a career in real estate and I'm wondering if anyone could give their opinions on whether it is better for new agents to join a team or stay on their own?  any input is appreciated!

I recently read Brandons book on rental investing and was turned on to the idea of long term rental investing.  I am 24 years old and currently work at KW in Long Beach, Ca.  I am wondering what peoples opinions on the impact of Covid Specific to the higher priced areas as Long Beach and Orange County both are.  I have heard the case for both no impact and negative impact and so am wondering if people would steer clear from investing in the area.
