I recently have been told about an opportunity to purchase a lot of land in a trailer park from a family member that just wants it gone. The lot is empty and does have some trees that would most likely need to be taken out.

What steps should I/can I take before trying to purchase the land to ensure I am making a good investment? Thank you in advance for all input!

I am looking to enter the local real estate realm in the next 6 months and was looking for some tips and tricks to best analyze my local market to understand how and what works best within it. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I recently moved to NC and am interested in becoming a Real Estate agent. I am unsure of the best way to go about it education/course wise. I work 9-5 and would prefer to take classes at night if possible. Also, if you have any tips for someone just starting out or looking to pursue this career, any help would be appreciated.. Thank you in advance.
