@Twana Rasoul

@Dan Heuschele

I’m a beginner in San Diego and would like to learn from people who have done deals. I would love to talk to you guys if you are open to share your experiences. I can provide coffee if interested.

Speaking of gurus, I registered for a seminar this friday and am already expecting a sales pitch for a two day seminar and then more. Im still thinking about whether I should show up or not.

Thanks

Usually the utility company will not extend their responsibilities to the customer’s houseline. Every once in a while though they help customers narrow down the location of the leak using a combustible gas indicator. Once you know the general location of where the gas concentration is, use a leak seek to pinpoint the actual leak.

@Nina M.

If all known end points are capped, and with your gas meter isolated, i would pressurize the houseline and use leak seek to the exposed piping. You will be able to see bubbles where it leaks, could be leaking at a threaded connection. I would also asses the condition of your lines, if they are rusted, i will just replace them.

@Corben Briggs

I hear you. I’m in San Diego myself and am doing research on OOS investing. My advise to you is to just keep at it, it’s an uphill battle but just keep going.

Best of luck.
