Hello. I am currently 18 years of age and i plan on heading straight into commercial real estate in my area. Im hoping to connect with some advanced real estate agents, residential agents or commercial. I have a few questions that i hope someone can help with.

How should i pick a brokerage?

Is it best to go with a broker that specializes in commercial /or a broker that can do residential and commercial?

Is it best to join a team since i am new to the industry?

Hello. I am currently 18 and fresh out of high school. I’m currently working on getting my real estate agent license and was looking for some advice from more advanced agents and brokers.

1. Should i join a team?

I think soaking in knowledge from other team members is a good idea, but let me know your opinion.

2. Commercial or Residential?

What are the pro/cons for both?

3. Any advice for picking a brokerage?

When you are investing outside of your home state, what makes you pick a specific city/state? Is it the prices?
