Post: Finding an investor

I've been making a small list of homes while out driving around for my job. I've done this with the sole purpose of just finding a good deal for me. I'm still not sure if I would purchase it and may be open to handing it off to someone else. If I find a deal, how would I go about finding an investor to take it over? I'm in the Clemson area.

Much thanks
