Hello everyone.
My name is Wes and a newbie here on BP and to RE investing. I'm located in the upstate of South Carolina
(Greenville/Spartanburg)
My plans in RE investing are short term; wholesaling for debt reduction, living and funding SDIRA. Sprinkle in some Lonnie deals and lease options for 2-3yr passive income all the while searching for 10 buy & holds for retirement. Biggest hurdle is I have a short time span to accomplish! But with the knowledge and networking here on BP I feel will certainly cut the learning curve. Look forward to sharing my journey here on BP :D :D
