I'm willing to take risks.. but being in debt with college tuition and as well as helping pay my fathers medical bills, I find myself in lack of funds. I can't get a loan for anything.. I love flipping any thing I can, but have never tried houses but I'm getting into this stage that I'm really starting to like houses. i don't know exactly how to start my future and hope someone can lead me in the right direction..

I'm Wes, or Wesley Disher. I'm 22. I've always had a love for flipping cars and trucks and want to learn to do it in real estate. But, with being in debt from college bills, helping pay medical bills for my father that's not doing so well, I'm left with hardly anything and want to do something with my life rather than work paycheck to paycheck.. I'm an entrepreneur.. it's time I do something for myself.. but I have to learn first. thanks for reading guys! hoping for the best advice!
