Can you combine funds from two  properties sold that are from two different owners into to one 1031 exchange?

Has anyone had success with furnished rentals in the Charleston, West Virginia? Interested to know what the occupancy rate is with colleges & hospitals in the area.

I have two properties I am planning to rent as mid-term (30 day minimum) rentals with intent to market to travel nurses/digital nomads. Do these mid term rentals need the Vacation Rental - Dwelling License?

Hi everyone, 

We have an FHA loan on a duplex. I live in one side (still under the first year) & my other side is vacant. I am seeing articles that you cannot do rentals under 30 days under FHA. Does this apply to multi-unit properties. I would love to start short term rentals.

Also, after I move out in a year under FHA would I be able to do both units as short-term rentals?

I have a property in Sebring, FL that I am getting ready to rent. This property is in a lower income neighborhood & I am highly considering Section 8. Does anyone know of any property managers in central FL that work with Section 8?
