How do you divide the profit if its a group of 4 ?

How do you file the taxes?

The LLC would be shared amongst all?

Im new to all this and want to understand these things to go over it with my group.

Do I first

1 register the company

2 get my team together ( financial advisor, real estate agent, accountant, contractor) who else?

3 find the money

4 start searching

Its so hard but i am super pumped! God willing this will work. i just need to take the first step🙂
